Privacy Policy

At InkWired, we respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how InkWired Tecnologies Private Limited ("InkWired", "we", "us" or "our") handles information when you use our applications on any platform (the "Applications"), our related services (the "Services") and our website.

This is a shared policy for InkWired Applications. The information handled depends on the Application, its features, your device settings and the services you choose to use. The section titled "Slide & Deliver" describes that game's specific practices. Any additional privacy notice provided for another Application should also be read.

This Policy explains our practices; it does not replace a consent request where consent is required. Advertising, tracking and other processing that requires permission is subject to the applicable consent choices and platform permissions.

1. WHAT INFORMATION IS HANDLED

A. Information you provide: If you contact us for support or send feedback, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and any other information or attachments you choose to provide. Please do not send sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.

B. Information stored on your device: Applications may save settings, game progress and other information needed for their features on your device. Local storage does not, by itself, mean this information is sent to InkWired. See the Slide & Deliver section for details about its local saves.

C. Technical and connection information: Our Applications, website, online Services and service providers may process information such as your IP address, browser type, device model, hardware and storage specifications, operating-system version, build information, app or device identifiers, request times, connection information and diagnostic logs. The information handled depends on the Application and its features, the technical information available from the platform, and applicable permissions and privacy choices. This information may be used to operate the Services, resolve errors, maintain security and prevent misuse. Device identifiers and technical information may constitute personal information under applicable law.

D. Advertising information: Applications that include advertising may use third-party advertising services. These providers may collect or receive device or app identifiers, IP addresses, approximate location inferred from an IP address, ad views and clicks, other interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. The information handled depends on the SDK, device settings, permissions and consent choices. These identifiers and related information may constitute personal information under applicable privacy laws.

E. Purchase information: For Applications that offer in-app purchases, Apple App Store or Google Play processes the payment. The Application may receive product identifiers, transaction identifiers or purchase tokens, purchase status and other transaction information needed to unlock, verify or restore the purchased feature. We do not receive your full payment-card details from these store purchases.

F. Third-party account information: Where an Application offers an optional connection to Facebook or another third-party account, it may receive information made available through that provider's application interface, such as an account identifier, profile name, profile image, email address or other information associated with the permissions you grant. The information received depends on the feature, the provider and your authorization. We use it to provide the connected feature and describe any additional purposes in the relevant Application or consent request. Slide & Deliver does not offer social-account login or request Facebook account information.

G. Session and usage information: Where an Application or Service includes usage measurement, we may process information about sessions, features used, interactions, connection requests, service communications, network performance, errors and the dates and times of activity. This helps us understand how the Application or Service performs and which features users find useful. Location information, where handled, depends on the feature and applicable permissions; approximate location may be inferred from an IP address. Usage and session information is not automatically anonymous and may be linked to an app, device or account identifier. We may combine or aggregate usage information to understand trends, taking account of whether individuals can reasonably be identified.

2. HOW INFORMATION IS USED

We use information as needed to provide and maintain the Applications and Services, save settings and progress, respond to support requests, verify and restore purchases, diagnose problems, protect against fraud or misuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Where relevant to an Application or Service, we may also use technical, session, usage and aggregated information to understand user interests and demographic trends, personalize the experience, improve existing features, and develop new Applications or Services. The information used and any personalization depend on the features available and applicable privacy choices. These general purposes do not mean that Slide & Deliver uploads its device-local game progress or hint balance to us.

Where we carry out promotion or marketing for InkWired's Applications or Services, we may use information relevant to those activities, such as aggregated usage trends or contact details provided for communications. Marketing use is subject to applicable consent requirements and privacy choices. Where we send direct promotional messages, you can use the opt-out method provided in the message or contact us to stop receiving them. Information provided solely for support is not automatically treated as permission to send promotional messages.

Where an Application includes advertising, advertising providers may use information to deliver and measure ads, improve advertising performance and prevent fraud. Personalized advertising, where available, depends on the applicable consent choices and platform permissions. Limiting personalization does not necessarily stop all advertising-related data processing.

Where applicable, we may process information to provide a requested service, pursue legitimate operational or security purposes, meet legal obligations, or with your consent. The basis used depends on the activity and applicable law.

3. INFORMATION SHARING

Information may be handled by service providers that help operate our website and Services, host purchase-verification services, deliver support communications, or provide advertising. Apple and Google also handle purchase information under their own privacy policies. Advertising providers may process information for their own advertising, measurement and fraud-prevention purposes as described in their policies and your applicable choices.

Where used by an Application or Service, trusted service providers may also assist with usage measurement, personalization, product improvement and marketing. We may share information needed for those purposes, including aggregated information, subject to applicable privacy requirements and choices. The categories of information shared depend on the service involved; information linked to a device or account is not described as anonymous solely because it does not contain a person's name.

Information you share with other users: If an Application provides messaging, public posting or other sharing features, the content and profile information you choose to share may be visible to the recipients or audience selected for that feature. Other users may save, copy or redistribute information you share, and we cannot control their independent use of that information. Review the audience and sharing controls before posting and avoid sharing sensitive information unnecessarily. These features apply only where offered; Slide & Deliver does not include user-to-user messaging or public posting.

We may disclose information where required by law or a valid legal request, or where necessary to protect the rights, security or safety of our users, InkWired or others.

We do not describe device identifiers, IP addresses or purchase information as anonymous simply because they do not contain your name. Where we use aggregated information, we take account of whether it can reasonably identify or be linked to an individual.

4. SLIDE & DELIVER

A. Local game data: Slide & Deliver saves campaign progress, stars, the current board and move history, daily-puzzle results, achievements, hint credits and reward history, sound and motion preferences, and purchase-entitlement information on your device. The game does not require you to enter an email or create an account with Inkwired. Campaign progress and hints earned from ads or Daily Dispatch remain on the device.

B. Resetting or removing the game: Reset Progress resets campaign and daily gameplay progress but retains the hint balance and purchase entitlement. Uninstalling the Application or clearing its data may remove local progress, settings and hints. Your operating system's backup or device-transfer features may separately include Application data, subject to that platform's settings and policies.

C. Ads and consent: The game uses Google AdMob, including the Google Mobile Ads SDK, to provide automatic ads between eligible campaign routes and optional rewarded ads that earn hint credits. It uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage applicable advertising privacy choices. Ad-related processing may include the information described in Section 1.D. Where required, advertising choices are presented before ads are requested.

D. Your advertising choices: When available or required, you can revisit choices through "Ad privacy choices" in the game's Settings. You can also manage advertising identifiers and tracking permissions through your device settings. On iOS, access to the advertising identifier is subject to Apple's tracking permission requirements. Changing these choices may affect the ads available to you, but does not make all advertising-related processing anonymous or eliminate all such processing.

E. Premium purchase: The optional Remove Automatic Ads purchase permanently removes automatic ads. It does not include hint credits. Optional rewarded hint ads remain available if you choose to watch them. Prices are supplied by that store in its applicable currency. Removing automatic ads does not by itself disable all processing by third-party SDKs.

F. Purchase verification and restoration: The game checks purchase entitlement through Apple StoreKit on iOS and Google Play Billing on Android. For Android purchase verification, purchase tokens and product identifiers may be sent to our verification service and Google Play. Associated technical connection information, such as an IP address, may be processed by the hosting service. This processing supports purchase validation, restoration and fraud prevention. Restoration uses your account with the relevant store; an Apple purchase does not automatically transfer to Google Play, or vice versa.

G. Device access: Slide & Deliver does not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise GPS location for gameplay. Advertising services may estimate approximate location from an IP address. Ordinary puzzle play can work offline; ads, purchases, purchase restoration and online verification require a connection.

J. Optional gameplay analytics: Slide & Deliver uses Google Analytics for Firebase when you enable "Share gameplay analytics" in Settings. It is off by default. We use gameplay events, such as tutorial and route completion, returning sessions, Daily Puzzle completion, rewarded hints and purchase outcomes, to understand and improve the game. Firebase may also process an app-instance identifier, event timestamps, app and device information, and network information needed to deliver the service. These identifiers are not described as anonymous merely because they do not include your name.

Our custom analytics events do not include your email address, purchase token, full saved board or payment-card details. Firebase advertising-storage, ad-user-data and ad-personalization consent remain disabled in this integration, and its advertising-ID collection is disabled. Advertising through AdMob is governed separately by the advertising choices described above. You can turn gameplay analytics off in Settings to stop future event reporting; this does not automatically erase information already received by Google. Information already collected is subject to Google Analytics retention settings and the rights described in this Policy. Gameplay reset does not change your analytics preference.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Third-party services have their own privacy practices. For Slide & Deliver, relevant policies and information include:

If you open an advertisement or an external link, the destination may collect information under its own privacy policy. A link does not imply that InkWired owns or controls the destination. The use of a third-party provider does not remove our responsibility to explain the processing associated with our own Applications and Services.

Where another InkWired Application connects to a social platform or other external account, that provider's privacy policy and the permissions shown during authorization also apply to the connection. A third-party connection does not give us unrestricted access to the account; information available through it depends on the provider's interface and the authorization granted.

6. RETENTION AND SECURITY

Local Application data remains on your device until it is changed, reset or removed, subject to the Application's reset behavior and any operating-system backup or transfer features. Support communications and information handled by our online Services are retained as needed for the purpose for which they were received, including resolving requests, security, purchase verification and applicable legal obligations. Third-party providers apply their own retention practices.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and Services involved. Store payment processing is handled by Apple or Google, and online purchase verification uses HTTPS. No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING

InkWired and its service providers, including advertising and payment platforms, may process information in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different privacy laws. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the relevant processing must be subject to those safeguards. Third-party providers describe their international processing practices in their own policies.

8. PRIVACY RIGHTS AND CHOICES

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to receive a copy of information; or to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also have a right to complain to a privacy regulator. These rights may be subject to exceptions and verification of your request.

To make a request about information held by InkWired, contact contactus@inkwired.com. Information stored only on your device may need to be managed through the Application or your device settings because we may not have access to it. Information held independently by Apple, Google or another provider may need to be managed through that provider.

For an optional third-party account connection, you can review or revoke the connection through that provider's account settings and any connection controls offered by the Application. Revoking a connection limits future access through that authorization but does not automatically delete information already received. Contact us if you want to request deletion of information held by InkWired.

Depending on applicable law, certain advertising-related disclosures may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or processing for targeted advertising. Where applicable, use the available advertising privacy choices to opt out of that processing, or contact us for assistance. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Slide & Deliver is a general-audience puzzle game. Parents and guardians should review the Application's store age rating, device controls, advertising settings and purchase controls when deciding whether it is suitable for a child.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to InkWired in circumstances that require parental consent or other protection, contact us at contactus@inkwired.com. We will review the request and take appropriate action under applicable law. Applicable consent and age-related requirements also apply to third-party advertising services.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
